Acknowledging your application has been received and requesting additional action

  1. Requests for additional information to support your current application
  2. Response to your inquiries regarding the status of your transactional requests

To ensure compliance with the Can-Spam Act, CRM has implemented the following guidelines for email delivery:

  1. All emails sent to you by CRM will clearly identify CRM as the sender. The most common form is: FROM / SENDER: someone@CRMConstructionInc.com (NOTE: The actual sender will alter from department to department and the FROM field will usually include a relevant name abbreviation, but all from addresses will end with @CRMConstructionInc.com
  2. The Subject Line of any email you receive will always accurately describe the subject matter of the email.
  3. Any email from CRM will include the ability to unsubscribe from future email messages, excluding customer service emails.
  4. Unsubscribing will ensure the customer is removed from ALL lists at CRM; this excludes customer service emails regarding the processing and status of a current product.
  5. Except for customer service emails, all emails sent to you directly by CRM include valid postal address information in the footer.
  6. All third party marketing partners are required to comply with the Can-Spam Act.
  7. Except for customer service emails, emails sent to you directly by CRM will include an email address and physical address where you can send suggestions, complaints or other correspondence.

In brief, most but not all email communication with you shall contain an 'unsubscribe' link where you may notify the website that you no longer wish to receive solicitations or information from the website and your name will be removed from the general solicitation database.

This information is not usually of a personal nature, but it may help define your viewing habits and product preferences even though the website may or may not have any idea who you are.

"Cookies" is web jargon for bits of computer code placed on your hard drive. Websites use this to keep you 'logged in', to keep track of search criteria, to monitor use, to password protect use of the site or use of products sold by the site. Cookies can also be used to obtain information about your computer configuration or your use of your computer.

Cookies can be used to electronically gather information about you. Again, it may or may not be personal information, but it is information and by using this site you are expressly giving permission to use 'cookies' and to use the information gathered from their use to benefit you. You also give permission to collect, archive, retrieve, and use any information collected for product design, product offers to you, and general commercial solicitation purposes by this site or joint venture partners, affiliates, and marketing organizations.

Article 11
Information for Internet Service Providers

Web site: CRM
Email Address: info@CRMConstructionInc.com

We understand consumers' concerns over the use of their personal information. We hope this information will relieve any concerns your company may have regarding our email policies. CRM and its affiliated sites use only an "opt-in or opt out" method of obtaining customer information, and it is not our policy or desire to send unsolicited email. We obtain email addresses and personal information from third parties that usually follow the same set of policies. CRM email messages sent always include information about the origin of the emails and instructions on how recipients can unsubscribe from receiving future email messages.

From time to time, CRM will enter into an arrangement with a third party website to allow individuals to opt into our marketing program on those third party websites. In each case the third party websites have represented and warranted to us, among other things,

  1. that the data was collected voluntarily from individuals on website registrations and co-registrations,
  2. that the sellers have a right, under any applicable privacy statements, to transfer the data to us, and
  3. that CRM has the right to send marketing offers to the individuals.

We hope this information satisfies any questions or concerns you may have regarding the email practices of CRM. If you have additional questions or wish to discuss this matter further, please contact us at: info@CRMConstructionInc.com
